Atilla Law Firm is an independent Istanbul practice advising Turkish and international businesses, executives and individuals when the stakes are high and the path is not obvious. The firm focuses on litigation, arbitration, mediation and white-collar matters, with experience spanning commercial, employment and administrative disputes, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, debt recovery and complex contractual claims.
Founded by Erdem Atilla after more than fifteen years at a leading Istanbul law firm, the practice combines the discipline, strategic depth and sector experience of an established disputes team with the direct access, agility and personal involvement of a specialist boutique. Our lawyers have advised clients operating across technology, banking, aviation, automotive, infrastructure, logistics, medical technologies and other highly regulated sectors.

Strategic representation in complex commercial, corporate, employment and administrative disputes before Turkish courts. We also act in enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, debt recovery, compensation claims and disputes arising from Turkish-law and cross-border contracts.

Representation in voluntary mediation and mandatory pre-action mediation, including the preparation of negotiation strategy, assessment of settlement options and drafting of enforceable settlement terms. We aim to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting the client's position if litigation remains necessary.
Independent and discreet support in ethics and fraud investigations, whistleblowing matters, internal audits and compliance reviews.
